Some tips to get going:

- Don’t dread it - pick exercise you like to do
- Try a couple different things, that way you won’t get bored
- Get social - it’s more fun to do an activity with a friend
- Take it easy - remember this is suppose to relax you
- Making it part of your routine you will soon be feeling less anxious and panicky!

If you can’t make it part of a routine then simply get outside and walk a bit. Sometimes just some fresh air and a bit of walking will help that anxiety from creeping up and taking over.
