You don’t have to be a U.S. citizen to notice that there are a lot of people that are just so stress out. They present at hospital frequently for vague sounding physical problems. I don’t doubt that they are there. But I do doubt the amount of people that say they practice stress reduction type exercises. The numbers just don’t add up.

To add insult to injury, they have many co-morbid diseases like diabetes, hypertension, COPD and well just to many more to mention here. This is against the canvas of being overweight or obese. These make your a very strong case of stress and stress relate symptoms.
Perhaps you need to be refreshed on the damage effects of stress unchecked. Heart attacks used to be the number one cause of death in the United States. COPD is currently number four leading cause of death in the states.
So, why do you need herbal stress relief? This is a good question because what you don’t want or need is just another pill to take that may cause you more side effects that require you to have another medication in order to get some relief. You could just try something naturally or you could try a chemical alternative. Whatever you choose there are more negatives with the chemicals though.

When your body is chronically stressed it gets week. Think of a rubber ban that you hold stretched out to maximal length. That rubber band can be stretched for a short time. But then after being stretched for to long it will either break or snap back.
Your body and lifestyle is the same way. You cannot stay up late, get up early and perform at your best for to long. In fact, most people can do it for a day or two, but beyond that it is to much.
Having a way to de-stress is wise and prudent. Some may call you weak for meditating, praying, burning incense, putting on oils for aromatherapy an such but don’t let that deter you. Your health is yours only. It will be up to you to de-stress your lifestyle despite who gives you grief about it.
