One of the most horrific episodes you can encounter is an anxiety or panic attack. A sudden difficulty in breathing, rushing palpitations, having the shakes, stupor and giddiness are indicators that you may be suffering from some kind of severe anxiety. Fill your mind with productive thoughts. If you have lived with constant fear and apprehensions, resolve to alter the message you send to yourself. Instead, give yourself positive affirmations freely and liberally so you gain confidence in yourself. Consider your advantages instead of your doubts. Build them up consistently and you will be amazed to find out that those same strengths will take charge of eliminating your perceived weaknesses.

Make it a practice to occasionally step back to observe your life. That’s the most effective way you will identify the unnecessary stresses we encounter in the daily grind of life. Anxiety is really the added-up effect of the minor irritants we encounter daily. Assess what transpires in you life day in and day out and resolve to put order where there appears to be disorder. Surprisingly, anxiety exists because we missed out on putting order in our life.
